“I purchased a rug at Home Goods for my living room. They did not sell matching rugs in a smaller size so when I did a Google search for the rug manufacturer and rug name, I came across Incredible Rugs and Decor. I actually was worried it was a scam website LOL but because they had so much detail and so many rug options I thought I would try it. They had the exact matches to my rug in the smaller size. I ordered two and they arrived in a matter of days. I am extremely pleased with the rugs, pricing, and delivery. Thank you! Will definitely use Incredible Rugs and Decor again.”

“The rug we ordered is very pretty and colors matched the online picture very well. The agent We worked with was very helpful. I gave the rug three stars because it is quite thin and lighter in weight than I thought it would be. It doesn’t lie completely flat on the floor. It is pretty in the room.”

“This was my first experience ordering an area rug online and it could not have been better. From the beginning to the end, the customer service department walked me thru the entire process. They were patient with me as I had many questions. I certainly didn’t want to order a rug this size only to return it. In the end, I ended up with exactly what I wanted and I love it. The rug arrived within days of ordering and I’ve since returned my samples and have received my refund. The whole process seemed seamless.”

“First, I absolutely love the rug. It's great quality, soft and the colors are perfect. I am 100% pleased with the entire process from ordering samples, return and refund of samples and receiving the final rug ordered. The communication was top notch.
