“I am in love with the rugs I ordered very much! I bought 1 from another furniture store and searched to find the smaller versions and purchased 3 of them at Incredible Rugs. The salesman was very professional and patient. I also received my rugs quickly. Thank you!”

“After searching for a rug and not finding what we were looking for we came across Rugs & Decor. Took a chance on ordering without seeing or touching. We couldn’t be more pleased the rug is exactly as described including the color, communication was fantastic as we were informed of our order each step of the way. Delivery was seamless and we would definitely recommend .”

“Never bought a rug on line before. Using Incredible was easy. The rug was a very good price. It arrived quickly, as scheduled. It was securely wrapped. Unrolling it was easy. The free pad worked nicely. Incredible had a terrific selection and excellent pricing. Highly recommend this company.”

“The folks in this company are from the past when good service was expected and their ability to respond, accommodate and supply good quality is outstanding - more companies would be wise to see how well this company operates - even though their sales of the wonderful carpets must bury them in paperwork. I don't have the 3 carpets that I ordered but I know things will go well - they will make it so. Go Incredible”
