“The folks in this company are from the past when good service was expected and their ability to respond, accommodate and supply good quality is outstanding - more companies would be wise to see how well this company operates - even though their sales of the wonderful carpets must bury them in paperwork. I don't have the 3 carpets that I ordered but I know things will go well - they will make it so. Go Incredible”

“Grace and Rusty were very helpful in helping me select my rugs. I would have to say that the customer service department at incredible rugs and decor has got to be one of the best. The two rugs I purchased I absolutely love, great quality, the colors are spot on and they look fabulous in my rooms. Thank you for providing a great product and service!”

“I have been searching for this rug for 7 months! I already bought the 9’x12’ rug and I love it. The place I bought it from did not have the runner but they said 6 months they would. Still nothing. So I expanded my search and I’m so excited to see it on your site!! Thank you! And the ordering was very simple. No problems.”

“Shopper beware, i found a beautiful karastan rug for $235 less than on another competitive website. You think it was worth my due diligence? On top of that incredible rugs included a free rug mat. The rug was exactly as represented. vibrant colors with a nice deep pile to walk on. I'm obviously happy with the whole experience. Please check these guys out now!”
