“I have never experienced such responsive customer service. There was a mistake at the factory and I received the wrong rug. These things happen. What matters is how quickly the mistake was corrected and how well I was treated. You just don't find service like this these days. The selection, quality and price can't be beat. The true value of a business comes to light in how they handle problems, and this company scores top marks.”

“My rug was on back order but it was easy to check the status and I was notified with an appropriate date for the rug to be back in stock. The rug came in a little earlier than expected and it shipped very quickly. The delivery setup was very easy too. All in all, it was a very good shopping and buying experience. The rug is beautiful in our living room and couldn’t be a better fit for our new furnishings and decor, very nice quality too. The pictures online were very true to color with a good description of the rug. I could have ordered the same rug from a local carpet store but would have paid a great deal more. Glad to have discovered this website and will definitely order from Incredible Rugs and Decor in the future. Thank you!”

“The website and ordering process were great. However, now that I have placed my order there has been zero contact regarding the order and shipping of the rug that I purchased. Where is my shipping confirmation? It has been a full week and I haven't received an email about anything. I have been expecting shipping information including timing of shipment. Very frustrating!!”
