“I found the shopping experience at Incredible Rugs and Decor to be extremely helpful and easy. The feature where you can download a photo of your room and see the item right in it-it was phenomenal. “Great experience ordering. However, my rug was delivered with an 18 wheeler so we had to meet the truck in town and put the rugs in my husband’s truck to get home.”

“Rug arrived quickly. Noticed they had a price match guarantee, so I assumed I was getting a good price. I didn't check elsewhere (MY BAD). I received the small area rug and it was definitely not a $70 rug. I was so disappointed. I looked and it was listed on walmart.com for $30, the exact rug! I asked for some kind of refund, and they said they couldn't since it had already been shipped. I could return it for a cost of $20. No winning here, just a big rip off. Bottom line, check prices elsewhere!”

“Love that you can order sample swatches of rugs & that you can return at no extra cost. Haven’t received my swatches yet, but it’s a plus to be able to get an idea of what would work prior to purchase.Aldo, communication has been excellent...,was informed when swatches were shipped & provided tracking info. Love the ease & confidence in doing business with Incredible Rugs & Decor. Will check them out for other decor needs !!!”

“When I inquired about getting a pad different than the free one, I was told I could order one for 25% off but when I went online to place my order this option was not presented to me. I would like to order a different pad. Is ther a way I can get the discount code for the upgrade. My order has already shipped. Otherwise I would rate my experience a 5. Thank you.”
