“The rug got here so fast and it looks really good! However, the guy that delivered it said he couldn’t come in to the house so we had to lug it in ourselves. Luckily, it wasn’t very heavy! I definitely understand why he couldn’t come in with COVID-19 still being a thing, just caught us by surprise.”

“We are disappointed in how slow the sample piece of rug is being shipped . If you have motivated buyers , you need to get those samples out in a day or two!! We were looking to spend over $2000 with your company!”

Thanks for your feedback. Your rug sample shipped from Karastan's warehouse. They are not fully at 100% capacity (due to covid-19 restrictions) so they are prioritizing shipping of area rugs first, then samples. UPS Tracking shows you will have your sample today by UPS. Hope you love it!
