“My experience with Incredible Rugs and Decor can be summed up in one word...easy. I found a rug on the website, placed a call (asking questions about the color) and upon receiving informative answers I placed an order. The agent with whom I spoke was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the rug in question. This is my 3rd order and I plan to make a few more.”

“The rug is very beautiful with a beige background and gray stripes in a variety of directions. The workmanship looks to be of good quality. The rug arrived well packaged and protected. The only reason I did not give the purchase five stars is that it came by a forwarding company, therefore I had to assist the driver in bringing it down from the truck and carrying it into the house. That should never happen”
