“Today, I had very great experience with Mr Rithik. Rithik, I am immensely thank full for your support. The way Rithik explains the details of flights, timings, fare, etc is really extreme and appreciated. His clam, polite and humble nature in voice gave me confidence that I can get good flight without issues. He made me proud to be an Indian and to look at INDIANEAGLE for future bookings.”

“Thanks allot Akshaj, you took an extra step to get the lowest possible fair and blocked my ticket on right time, I am thanks to the IndianEagle team as well, the team is really keeping its word to give the ticket for the blocked price even after $51 increase in fair. “I worked with Rohit on itinerary. Fantastic person and very helpful. very pleased with him. IndianEagle website, system and processes on the other hand need to improve. They were fantastic earlier requiring no manual touch but now you need it for everything increasing cost and inconvenience.”

“I worked with the agent Mayur twice in a row this year and I found him very courteous and helpful. He is very polite, addresses all the concerns and issues and diligently follows up. He not only answered all the questions I had but went above and beyond by arranging a call with Air India and getting an outstanding issue resolved, which I was having a tough time with. Kudos to Mayur and his excellent customer service skills.”

“Rohit was very courteous and made the reservation we wanted. (However, your system did not according to him, give the same price as we had seen on Kayak and tried booking there, which for some reason was not seen on your system. Hope we will not end up with double bookings.) Thanks”
