“I called to find out about rescheduling my trip. I was transferred to the appropriate department and spoke with Rita who had all the information that I had provided the previous agent. She understood my concern and provided me with options to reschedule. Rita stayed on the call through the cancelation and rebooking process. I have used IndianEagle in the past and have never had bad customer experience.”

“I am a returning customer to Indian eagle. The best thing I like about them is their service. I had to book a wrong itinerary and call the support team. Mrs.Chaya attended my case and she was very polite and took care of my problem with patience. I have worked with other staffs and they are kind enough as well. Overall its a great journey with Indianeagle.”
