“Great experience, honestly. I was a little nervous about the whole thing -- being responsible for the accurate measurements, worried it would take a long time to process and ship -- but it all went great. One of my windows was a HUGE picture window, and it was an original, single pane. The fit has been great, and there has been zero condensation since installation (it used to accumulate ice on the inside that you could actually scrape off...). From the time I reached out to the time I had them installed was maybe 3 weeks? Felt like I was dealing with a small business -- in a good way. Nice people who do quality work.”

“I thought more noises would be blocked out. From the way the sales rep explained it he made it seem like it would be more. One of our windows came damaged but your company is doing a great job in getting I replaced for us. For the price of the windows I just wish they’d block out a little more noise”

“I bought one to make sure it would fit, and after having it in place, for about a week, I've ordered seven more. My windows are single pane, roll out casement windows. The insert looks, and fits, great, and the reduction in draft is noticeable.”

“I am very happy with my Indo window insert! My window is a unique size and I was able to get a perfect fit. I no longer have to cover it with thick plastic to keep out the draft. That was distressing because it’s a beautiful bow window and I would lose my view. With my Indow insert I get no drafts and the temperature stays even. I highly recommend this product and am soo happy I found them!!”

“The inserts fit well but they have reduced the outside noise only minimally. Also one came with a small chip in the acrylic. Nothing really noticeable unless you are looking for it.”

“Although I realize predicting sound / noise reduction is difficult, your company claims a "50 -70%" reduction. this is not even close to reality in my case. I'd be hesitant to even say it is 15% reduction. After wasting over $900, I still am being woken up by the same barking dogs and loud cars as before. I would have NEVER spent money on this product knowing what I know now. Good idea...bad ultimate outcome. And, it took about 3 weeks longer to deliver than promised. I'd love a partial refund folks !”

“We are quite happy with the noise reduction that the inserts have given us. The busy road we live on used to keep us awake without wearing ear protection, now that is no more. The measuring process was a bit harder for us with the window construction we have, service was good. We did not have any problems with delivery, they worked with us since we had a big trip planned and the inserts came when we discussed. No returns so can't help on that.”

“We ordered a large acoustic grade Indow insert for a window that covered more than 60% of our front living room wall. The main reason we ordered the Indow was road noise. We live very close to a busy 2 lane road and were hopeful that the Indow would cut down on the road noise. Our installer explained that we should start with the biggest window for an insert. Our only other windows on this floor are a slider, a front door with a small window, and a glass door slider so we can't do any other Indow inserts on this level. Unfortunately, the Indow has not made that much of a difference. For the cost of the insert I would have hoped for a 50% or better sound reduction. When the road is dry there is more sound reduction (maybe 25%). When the road is wet I'd say the sound reduction is 10-15% vs without the insert. If I had to do it over I would not purchase the Indow simply due to cost vs effectiveness. I do understand that there are many purposes for the Indow aside from sound reduction, for instance the ability to keep certain windows in classic homes for insulation purposes.”

“We just inserted the indow windows and are pleased with the look. We have yet to experience their effectiveness in our Upstate New York winters, but do feel they have reduced wind seepage so far this fall. The company has been great to deal with. Looking forward to a cozier winter this year with the inserts.”

“I’m a music studio owner, and I am SO pleased with the sound reduction of this product! It works well, and it looks great too! I wanted to block outside noises and retain aesthetics. The entire process from their measuring kit made it simple, and the insert arrived in perfect condition. They have thought of every detail and I’m a lifelong customer at this point!”
