“Our upstairs bedroom windows faces our neighbors house not 15ft away. With the interstate nearby, sometimes the highway noise echoes between the houses and creates a really noisy situation. The two window inserts have literally cut the noise down to almost nothing which was a huge surprise. Not only that it just seems more cozy as well. The laser measure kit was a must as we had to fit the inserts in between the plantation shudders' brackets with no room to spare... perfect fit!”

“We have an large old house with historic windows. The Indow inserts work well and have reduced our cooling costs immensely. They are very attractive and disappear into the structure of our historic windows. We are very pleased with the Indow window insert product.”

“Good company - good experience- wish the price was Lower - also send us an infrared camera with measuring kit so we can see if we have other window candidates that make sense Hard data would help justify the expense”

“The acoustic grade window inserts reduce the noise in my apartment by a noticeable degree. Overall, I am quite pleased with the inserts. It has been a little over a month now and my quality of life had undeniably improved with the reduced noise level. The only snag in the whole process involved the inserts for a very large front window. These particular inserts are an EXTREMELY tight fit (not in a good way.) So much so that the compression tubing on the corner of the largest insert is splitting already. That was disappointing. All the other inserts from my order fit easily into their window. To their credit, Indows offered to replace the tight-fitting inserts. I declined knowing the original inserts would be destined for a landfill. I can live with the tight fit. I am a bit concerned that the mitered corners on the compression tubing will not be durable particularly on the inserts that I am popping in and out on a daily basis (this is necessary for temperature regulation.) Based on my interaction with Indows so far, I trust they will continue to provide stellar customer service if that ever happens. The employees at Indows were all extremely helpful and patient and my experience interacting with them was 100% positive. It has been a pleasure to business with Indows and knowing my purchase is supporting a small business entirely based in the US is an added bonus.”

“Purchased 11 Indows to be used for 115 year old stained glass single pane windows. For the first 6 I was unable to push the Indows into place for fear of cracking the windows behind. The measurements were correct.”

“We live on a very busy, high traffic street in San Francisco. Of course the noise has been a challenge, and often sets our 2 doggies off on a barking bonanza. Now that we're all working from home, it's been very distracting. I didn't even know Indow Windows existed until my upstairs neighbor mentioned they'd had them installed and it really reduced the street noise. I'm so thrilled that they both look great, [hardly visible at all!] and do what I'd hoped. I'm very happy with our investment. --Colleen”

“We recently purchased a home and realized that our street was busier than expected and our old windows didn't keep out any noise. We purchased the acoustic Indo windows for the the front side of our home and we saw immediate and drastic improvement. As an added bonus, the Indo windows have been sealing our home from the smoke we currently have on the west coast. We couldn't be happier with the way they look (my wife is very picky about the aesthetic and she's on board!). We never expected to solve our window problem without contractors and a huge budget. We're already talking about them to all of our neighbors.”

“small windows good but the large window because so flexible hard to get in and not bow and leave gap at top. I am glad because of this I tested a large window vs the cheapest as not worth it for the hassle to get in/out to open windows.”
