“The representatives on the ground for Indus are the best. Yes, they are knowledgeable and patient but I discovered on our last trip they care for their customers. On day 10 of our 12 day trip, I became very sick and had to go to the ER in Zurich, Switzerland. Our guide assisted my wife in calling an ambulance, she kept in touch with my wife during my stay and she arranged assistance at the airport so I could get a flight home to receive medical care. Once I was home and in the hospital, our guide one again reached out to see how I was doing.”

“Our trip to Ecuador was a great balance of guided tours and free time. The Galapagos were amazing, with two of the best guides I've ever experienced. Everyone should do this tour once in their lives.”

“The trip in Portugal was wonderful; however some of the travel experiences were not. Long layover on the departure flight. Upon arrival, we were left at the hotel without much, other than a couple of lunch options, direction. The return flights were hellish once we landed in Toronto, with an unexpected layover for more than 6 hours. I know that couldn't be helped but Indus, I am relaying the experience. I also asked early on in the booking if I could extend my return flight and visit Spain. I was told I couldn't but I wasn't given the option of "land only", which a couple in our group had and went on to Spain when we left Portugal. I wish I would have been given this option...”

“Wonderful Guide and driver, we had a fun experience exploring India...3 ladies, felt very safe and well taken care of. The sites and people of India are amazing!!”

“Overall we had a very nice vacation. There were no real surprises between the time that we got to the airport, and the time we returned home. My only problem was that I didn't know which NY area airport we would be leaving from until after we paid for the package. Had I known we would be leaving from JFK airport, I would not have booked the trip. This airport is some 1 1/2 hours away, and almost $30 worth of tolls in each direction + gas...as opposed to Newark Int'l airport which is about 15 minutes away with not tolls and minimal gas...otherwise we had a great time.”

“Enjoyed visit to India. Had a wonderful Tour Guide Singh. We had a wonderful drive All the hotels were excellent Food was very spicy and good We did not see one tiger on the Safari Do not get up early for the tiger hunt, it's a real joke”

“The trip to Morocco was great. Accommodations were very good. The guide could have been more organized and provide timely instructions of activities. Please reduce the # of excursions to handicraft, pottery and shopping trips, or at least, provide alternate options for people who are not interested in these activities, and more interested in museums, art galleries and points of cultural interest. Thank you.”

“Rental car was inadequate. Had no trunk so 2 pieces of standard luggage would be exposed at all times. We upgraded and had to pay FULL PRICE for the rental even though there should have been some sort of credit should have been applied. Some of the hotels were not of great quality. Probably won’t be using Indus again.”

“Wonderful trip to Portugal with Indus. The tour was well arranged from beginning to end. Food and accommodations were top notch. I would definitely use Indus again, and in particular Jennifer McPherson as the tour guide.”

“Our trip with Indus to Egypt was AMAZING!!! There was someone with us every minute to help us manoeuvre the airports, hotels etc as the Egyptian culture is very different from ours. The “tipping” part of the culture was challenging for us but with our guide’s help, manageable. The Nile cruise was beautiful, the food excellent and the side trips fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Indus to anyone travelling to Egypt. Mind blowing experience!!!”

“Planning this trip was a very frustrating experience. Agent was hard to reach, poor response time. Had to escalate several times to get answers. Hotels changed or not finalized until couple of weeks of departure. Hotel was not central, out of town on highway. We would have been better off booking ourselves and saved ourselves a lot of money.”

“The service provided by Indus Travel was above our expectation. This was our first time used Indus for our vacation to Lisbon Madrid and Barcelona last November 2023. Yet the cost was affordable. Keep up the good work Indus!”

“Sabine at Indus always does an excellent job for us. We are a big group so they are able to tailor our needs to tours. She arranges top notch guides , great hotels, and interesting sights. We will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.”
