“Found the idea from a tiktok and thought it would be a great gift idea. Easy to submit custom image. My only complaint was it took a bit to arrive because I wanted to give it to my friend on his birthday but it didn’t matter that much. It didn’t help how there was a recent snowstorm as well. The mousepad came out great, really high quality.”

“The product I ordered turned out to be very high quality and exactly matched the description. The only issue I had was there was less than adequate communication about when I would receive the item, and it did take several weeks to arrive.”

“Finally received my order almost 3 weeks after purchase date. Had to reach out to find out why it was taking so long. Snow and ice affecting shipping from picking orders up, no problem, I get it, we’re under snow and ice too. Just wish they would have let me know when they knew there would be delays instead of me having to reach out to them.”

“Mousepad looks great and feels great. The shipping process was a bit confusing though. I was told 4-10 day shipping but that apparently doesn’t account for the creation time so it ended up being about a month before I received the finished product. Also my mousepad did not arrive on the predicted arrival date which in my case didn’t end up being a problem as it was 3 days earlier than expected however if you are counting on a specific delivery date it may vary.”

“The stitching on one of my mats came with the edge already coming up. I haven't even used it yet. I placed my order December 30th and finally got it January 18th. You guys have so many cool looking things on your site but unfortunately I don't think I will ever order from you guys again.”

“Placed on order on January 3rd, assumed it would take a week to process and everything because it’s still holiday season, no worries there. January 12th I received an email saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. January 18th at 10:30pm UPS finally received the order. Why was there an entire week of no communication for no movement on my order? If it’s not shipped don’t tell me it’s been shipped.”
