“We don't run a big operation so we don't order often. When you don't order often, searching for the right thing is a task in itself. Fortunately, it's always clear & easy to find what I want at InkTonerStore. And the prices have always been as good as anyone's, or better. InkTonerStore's delivery speed is Awesome too. Add it all up and it's both easy and satisfying not to order from "A" or "W" or another of the giants. I like these InkTonerStore guys.”

“I've been using InkTonerStore for a number of years now and have always been treated well. Shipping is quick, quality has been great, if a cartridge developed issues Customer Service has always dealt with it promptly and treated me fairly. Most times a new cartridge has been sent at no cost to me. I highly recommend them. Cliff”

“I have a small office and ordered repeatedly from InkTonerStore for my Xerox Phaser 6180MFP. Most of the cartridges leaked, streaked and otherwise made a mess of my work product. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve the problems and, while there were some refunds and replacement orders, I ended up with a shelf full of cartridges that were so bad I got fed up and decided never to buy these from ITS again. I wrote many times - advising of the lack of quality control and they basically said they're too busy to check the cartridges - so I should rely on the return policy. When I asked for store credit for some they wouldn't warranty/refund, they said no. Sorry, but they've lost my business ... I wasted way too much time and work product.”
