“For two colors I was never able to get toner cartridges to work in my Brother printer. Today I tried to find cartridges for my new Canon LBP632Cdw printer and couldn't. When I tried to search for Canon 067 nothing was found.”

“I appreciate that you sent a second toner cartridge to me. However, it never printed. A sheet of paper jammed and damaged my printer. So last night I bought a new printer. i have learned my lesson. Shall I return the cartridges? Can I get a refund?”

“I ordered both toner and ink cartridges, both worked fine. The ink cartridges were lost in the mail for a few days and when I called to check the customer service rep was fantastic. They reshipped the order at no charge. Really good service.”
