“I have service in Cottonwood Idaho and have a prepaid account. Upon activation of service; I tried to use automatic payment. However I found that didn't work, because the employees in the Grangeville office; didn't take my money out. So now we get to the issue: I have been UNABLE to get ahold of ANY inland cellular office. I'm told my account has been suspended and when the robot switches me to another number; they always hang up! Last month I searched for an employee to text online about my problem and I explained and complained. This month I get the same message: my account has been suspended and I can't even pay my bill. Well....if my account has been suspended; then how in the hell did I receive calls last month after searching all month for a way to pay you people??? Worst employee service EVER and I will be 67 next month. Fix this!!!!!”
