“Easy to navigate website, super fast shipping, reasonable price and good packaging only small thing is the bag does not reseal after being opened, it does have a reseal option but it doesn't appear to work on my bag - but it is a very easy fix with a bag clip and does not effect the product at all, will buy again”

“I did a lot of research and read a lot of studies and reviews prior to my first purchase of Inositol. I love that it’s a small Aussie business, shipping is very quick! It’s a very mild sweet flavour, which is well tolerated in water. I have been taking Inositol since February and my cycle has gone from 45-60 days with no positive ovulation tests or signs of ovulation to 32 day cycles with very clear strong ovulation around day 19. Purchased purely to assist with conception of a second child, very hopeful for it to happen soon. It has also improved my mood, helped control cravings and pms symptoms. I recommend Inositol Australia to anyone and everyone who will listen!”

“I bought Inositol to balance the level of sugar in my blood. Still early to determine if the Inositol is the right product for me however, I haven't gotten any side effects at this stage. I'm trying different options as to when to drink it and portions. At the moment, I'm having two scoops in the morning before breakfast and at night after dinner. I'm not a health practitioner but I understand that Inositol on its own cannot address all your health issue but the compound effect of a healthy diet, exercise regime and wellbeing so working on all the above.”

Thanks for the review. The scoop is 2g so taking 2x2 in the morning and 2x2 at night is double the recommended dose of 4g per day. Best to just take 1 scoop in morning and 1 in the evening. See details on the packet.
