“I have been wearing insect shield for years now. Just bought a second set to have one in the wash and one on me. Ticks are bad in my area of Maine. I will not leave the house to do any outside work without insect shield socks, long sleeve shirt, pants and sweatshirt. Even have a hat on buggy days.”

“I have been using Insect Shield for the past five years. I have insect shield shirts (2), socks (4 pair), scarves (3 different colors), a blanket, and I have sent my gardening pants, and pants and a hat to insect shield for premetherin treatment. I always wear my treated clothes on hikes and when gardening and I never get ticks on me. I was just telling a friend today about these products and the company's great customer service. I have no affiliation with this company, I am just pleased to have found affordable products that work.”

“I spend 4-5 months in Maine each summer and fall where mosquitos and ticks are always present. A few years ago I got Insect Shield shirts, pants and socks and discovered how effective they are in keeping me from getting insect bites. Now when I am in Maine I only dress in Insect Shield clothing which means I can outside all day and forget about disease-carrying insects. I feel carefree being out of doors which is the way it should be. I have recommended Insect Shield to everyone in the camps near me especially when they complain that they can't go hiking for fear of getting Lyme disease from mosquito bites. Insect Shield is a simple solution.”

“All-yr-round protection we love/need. Live in wooded area and have used Insect Shield socks/clothing for decades without fail. We also have used Insect Shield protect our other garments via their mail-in garment treatment program. Has never failed us and lives up to its claims!!”

“I work outside, sometimes in or near the woods, in New England. I do not get ticks so long as I have my treated clothes on, and the treatment outlasts the clothes. All of my pants are treated and I consider it cheap insurance.”

“Well made products that are treated profesionally so you don't have to worry all the time and spend the time to spray your own. Deer tick are plentiful here so I don't go out without them on. I still check my self that night but after several years use of this product 100% successful. I have recommended it to dozens of neighbors and townfolk. Doug”

“Your merchandise is excellent and so important. We've been wishing and hoping that you would carry/sell knee-high socks for children and for adults. We could be even more protected with full length, treated knee-high socks. Pants could be even more firmly tucked into them for protection.”

“I have pants, shirts, socks, scarves, and picnic blankets for myself and family. We love them all! Fast delivery...less than a week. I particularly love a sale and free shipping when it's offered. ☺️ Not a reflection on Insect Shield, but it would be great if some UPS drivers would not throw the package at the bottom of my long driveway.”

“Great products that do what they are supposed to do. Wearing treated clothes is much more effective at keeping ticks from biting than sprays or any other approach I’ve tried. When you are in the woods most every day they are a must.”

“Insect Shield is the best product EVER! I wild turkey hunt all over the United States and ticks and other bugs have always been a large part of my outdoor experience with a couple scares of Lyme disease. Three years ago I had my hunting clothing treated along with purchasing socks, t-shirts, tick spray (for my boots and other equipment) and several other items. I have not had a tick on me in the last three years. That is the best Pease of mind any outdoor enthusiasts can have, not to worry about ticks and Lyme disease. “I have purchased many pairs of jeans and shirts for me and my family from Insect Shield. I love this company for the products that it has and the safety that these products provide. The jeans have been an integral part of my son's wardrobe, and have provided very good tick protection for both of us when when we are out in the tall grass and woods or at the farm. “At our annual safety review, we generally found around 20% of the field staff had reported tick bites that led to doctor visits, 1st report of injury, prescriptive doxycycline, etc. Now, we don't. We offer free treatment of several garments per year now, and our staff very rarely makes a tick report. THANKS!!”

“I might have missed some - I'm talking about you larva - but I haven't found a tick on me since I started wearing Insect Shield many years ago. Of course, I still carefully and cross my fingers before going into the woods. :)”
