“Insect Shield makes great products; I use them continuously from May thru Mid-October. Casual enough to walk the dogs and work around the farm and great for work or nights out on the town. Excellent.”

“I do surveying and wetland delineations for my job. My job entails going through dense vegetation almost everyday. Before having my clothes treated with insect shield, I duct taped my pants to my boots or used gators and sprayed numerous bottles of Deep Woods Off throughout the spring, summer and fall. Now I have my field clothes treated once at the beginning of spring and it keeps the bugs at bay without using sprays or othe measures. I rarely get a tick or chigger anymore. I am extremely happy with Insect Shield. It works.”

“After an attached tick, fully engorged, I decided to have two outfits treated with Insect+Shield. I don't want to have to worry. I also purchased the socks. The price was reasonable, considering the peace of mind I now have. Insect Shield was recommended by Mainely Ticks.”

“I used this on a journey I took on my Motorcycle camping thru California, Nevada and Utah. I used it many times as a barrier around my ground cover. I watched many creature try to cross with no success. I did have what I call the kamakazi ants at Mono Lake. They would take runs at the barrier and pass out or die. It was crazy to watch. They first just tried to pass the barrier I sprayed around my tent on the ground cover. They frist tried to walk thru it .....and upped the game to take the wfo toward the barrier, hitting it and passing out or dieing. Some would try several times.The product is solid. Let it dry before entering into the tent, fumes are strong, once it dries I didnt notice a strong odor as when its wet.”

“The clothes work well. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is the fit of the women’s shirt. Sleeves are too long, too tight in the bust and hip area. Buy a size bigger if you want to button the shirt up or tie it at the waist if you’re layering it”

“I've worn one of the shirts and pants. They're light and comfortable. Mosquito season hasn't quite begun so I can't attest to the efficacy. Certainly hoping they will prevent bites.”
