“I ordered a pair of insect shield tights a number of months ao and they are fabulous. The two large cargo pockets on the side don't stick out but hold my phone and keys or whatever. I was so pleased with them that I ordered 2 more. However these do not have the pockets and that is very dissapointing and limits their usefulness. I hope you bring back the ones with pockets as I can't recommend the ones without pockets. I would, however, rate your company 5 stars. Karlin”

“Over the last four years I've purchased a new kit (shirt pants and socks) every year. I did so because your product has been fantastic. My property seems to be a paradise for chiggers. I have three acres to care for with tall grasses and a considerable amount of tree maintenance (pruning or chopping down after heavy ice storms). I do the work myself. After years of wonderful satistaction I bought my "annual kit" a few weeks ago. The day I got it I immediately put it on and went out to do my thing for the first time this season, confident as I had for the last 4 years. It was a disaster! I had a pair of socks under my pants and another over them. and wore a set of knee high boots with the sock wrapped pants inside them. Once the first wave of 20 bites subsided I went out again, this time wearing both last year's pants along with this year's. It made no difference. When I spoke with customer service last week, I asked if by any chance you's had a "bad batch". She said that she was not aware of any. After a convesation she said she'd send me another "two pack" of socks. They should be here next week and we'll see how that goes. In the interim I've made another attempt and nothing changed, I'm once again covered in these little buggers. Your Customer Service rep was very attentive and concerned so no problems there. I do have a serious concern that just the socks will work, the location of the bites is way above my knees. If you give me an email address I'll be glad to give some feedback after I receive the socks I'll drop you a line and let you know. “My son and I are Foresters in Ohio. We wear Insect Shield clothing every day. Yesterday, when we got back to the truck, we pulled 16 ticks that were actively climbing up our work pants.”
