“Ordered and paid for goods on 2nd December 2022. Did not receive tracking no and rno replyeply from them despite sending many emails. Have not received goods or refund. Account details did show order ON HOLD but now all details wiped. My advice is:-
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Don't use insomnia tabs.I brought from them twice,no problem at all,I then put a order through for £159.00,my money was taken instantly but no response or tracking number.This is not to do with the strike. I WANT my money refunded NOW.I am already warning people on facebook not to use them and I will carry on until as many people that I can will be notified and close the company down.

“I’ve used this company for years and they’ve always delivered. Lately orders have taken slightly longer to arrive but that’s expected due to strikes. I’ve tried to order this week but I can’t get further than adding items to my basket, just says page isn’t found. Has anyone else had the same issue?”

“Always reliable, packages have been a little late lately but that coincides with Royal Mail post strikes. They are currently off line until mid next week but hopefully services will then be restored as need to order before Christmas”

“I have been a regular customer. My just order 11619 which I paid for straight away was placed on hold and I didn’t get the product or my money back from Infinite Logistics Ltd which is the bank account I paid. Will have to claim back through my bank. All emails and contact ghosted”
“That picture showing a delivery could be absolutely anything. I reckon Insomnia Tabs has posted that picture. We're not daft. So if it's a genuine customer, where are our orders?
That post and photo are definitely from them.
If it's real, then show us the tracking number. That won't show your address. That way we can all see what date it was sent and the delivery date.
You must think we are thick being taken in by that.”
“although i read these reviews i went ahead and placed an order, it was overall a great experience. Emailed straight after i made the transaction to see if they received the payment, they replied within a timely manner saying they had and order is being processed and will be despatched. Later on the day received tracking and then on Friday (Next day) i had my parcel. I did not spend much as i was seeing if the company is legit but after this experience i will definitely going back”
