“Never had an issue before until recently paid nearly 100 pound to receive 2 strips. I would like this rectified order numbers 19758 and 19619. I should have received 6 strips at least as the website was down. I’m a very loyal customer but this isn’t acceptable.”

“I ordered in October 2022. Ignored ever since. If you are silly enough to order from them after reading reviews then you're taking a massive risk. They may do your first order to get your confidence then ignore you when you order again. I use another company now, and have done for over a decade. The only reason I used Insomnia Tabs is because it was NDD, with the company I use it can take a week, which isn't ideal. But they are on WhatsApp and they do get back to you the same day.”
