“I like the quality of tents, the awesome customer service and people who work there, but it should come with a case. The case I got was too small and ripped when I tried to put it on. Instent prices rolling bags higher than Amazon. It would be better if I had a one-stop shop. The tent should come turnkey.”

“I spoke with 2 owners of V3 canopies and inspected their structures prior to ordering a V3 for myself . I have used a frame assembled steel tube and pin canopy for 30 years . The V3 is the first well engineered , high quality canopy that offers both strength and alacrity and something I was willing to invest in . It is quick to deploy and even faster to take down . On the cons …. If solo erecting the structure , it is not so George Jetson as you might think . One must be in more than one place at the same time . Possible for an electron perhaps … but not so for humans who are working alone . There are creative ways to manage but I would suggest a number of dry runs prior to any scheduled public event .”

“Very easy to work with and had great communication back and forth. Had to change a logo during the process and it was seamless. We got the travel bags for free during the promotion! Very easy to put up and tear down. Even easier to transport the tents. Very happy with the product”

“I ended up going with the 10x10, backdrop, and table package. I was a little concerned as I had a gradient going through all of the elements and having worked doing print in the past I knew it was dangerous. The print turned out amazing! The colors were vivid. There was no banding or stripes on the gradient. I couldn't be happier! On top of that, the build quality is excellent and I know it will hold up well for a long time to come. Not the best pic, but this was when we first pulled it out to check it before our first show. It looks a lot better in person haha!”

“Instent was the most competitive price I could find for a quality product. Their account rep sent me pictures of different parts of the tents from their warehouse so I could see the legs and the upgraded bag I decided on. Highly recommended!”

“This tent has made a HUGE impact on the attention we are getting for sure. The colors are fantastic, I do wish there were options for the order windows as far as size or placement, but I understand why it is the way it is. For our set up they are slightly inconvenient. Our order had a tight timeline and the person overseeing this order did everything possible to get our tent to us on time. Not super thrilled with the bags we purchased as they are awkward to put the tent into and seemed to tear very easily as one was ripped after its first use. Customer service said they believe it was because we may have placed it somewhere that something must have punctured it. Not the case but I can understand why they believe that. The frame is very stiff and not exactly easy to pop up if you are not real strong. and NOT a single person job for the 20 foot tent. But none of it feels week or cheap in any way. overall, we are super happy with this tent and very glad to have it. We will see soon enough how it handles being out in the rain. Fall is a wet period here in Washington State.”

“Great experience! Instent was top notch. From helping me figure out what we wanted to order/ discussing options/ and responding to our requests the communication was excellent. After order placement it turned out we needed it quicker than what I thought. After expressing my needs Instent moved order up and got it shipped very quickly. Tent and frame are good quality. Very satisfied!”
