“InStockLabels has always provided top of the line service for our company, despite the fact that we are no doubt a very small customer. They provide ease of ordering through their website, excellent pricing and fast delivery. Their professionalism has allowed us to solve an issue with some of our customers. Our Tool Steel Heat Treating Department receives small tools and dies in various sized cardboard boxes. Some of our customers complained if they did not get their order returned in "their box", even if the box they got was in better shape. To address this, we ordered blank, round, adhesive labels from InStockLabels in various colors. This not only allowed us to write the order number on the label and affix it to the box, the various colors also allowed us to identify the delivery route on which their order would be returned. This not only solved a customer issue, our number one priority, it improved our efficiency as well. Thank you, InStockLabels!
