I was serviced by Abhishek Pandey (Deputy Unit Manager) - it was my first experience of purchasing insurance and Abhishek patiently answered all of my questions and provided full detailed information. No attention to detail. Quoted for incorrect specification when the correct specification was made clear at the outset. Quote became invalid and I had to chase for a new quote - which eventually was not possible.

Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Altima 2013 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Imran on 2nd March 2020. The advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Qatar Insurance and RSA) on the same day considering that your vehicle is GCC specified. The advisor has requested you to send the vehicle passing certificate, registration card and driving license. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require these documents for further evaluation and verification purpose prior to issuing an insurance policy. The advisor did receive the required documents and referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company. The insurance company did not approve the case with the standard premium due to the inspection remarks mentioned on the vehicle passing certificate. Please note that Comprehensive Insurance for Non GCC vehicles is always subject for approval from the underwriters of the insurance company because of the risk involved. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we have already given stern feedback to the concerned advisor. We have found that the advisor did sent the Comprehensive Insurance quote from RSA on the 4th of March however you already purchased the insurance from elsewhere.
