Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for McLaren Mp4-12c 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Dinesh on 27th February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA and Qatar Insurance) on the same day. Dear Aju, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Mercedes Benz E 300 2016 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Talib on 25th February 2020. The advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. Moreover, we found that the advisor did also contact you on the 27th February 2020 however you confirmed that you were no longer interested in purchasing motor insurance with us as you got your vehicle insured elsewhere. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Sentra 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Yashas on 26th February 2020. The advisor did try to contact you earlier but there was no response. The advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Qatar Insurance, RSA and Tokio Marine) through email on 29th February 2020.
