Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Maserati Grancabrio 2018 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Nithin on 4th March 2020. Now the scam rate in the world, especially in this country, is very high, so I think It's the right time to change your mode of payment. I don't feel ok to send my transaction code to someone before payment can be done. Other than that all well.

Upon further investigation, we found that you have initially inquired for comprehensive motor insurance and the inquiry was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Argie. As per our records, we have identified that the advisor has contacted you on the same day and provided the premium from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA and Tokio Marine) considering that your vehicle is GCC specified. Moreover, we found that you have inquired for third party insurance for the same vehicle and the inquiry was assigned to another advisor, Mr. Ashli. We have identified that the advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. Please note that Comprehensive Insurance for Non-GCC vehicles is always subject for approval from the underwriters of the insurance company because of the risk involved. Therefore, the advisor requested you to provide the vehicle testing certificate as the same was required by the insurance companies.
