It was good. I received a few too many advertising offers before I was finally given a quote, and was passed off to another agent, but finally all was done and I got a good price on my car insurance.

Dear Amin, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Maserati Ghibli 2017 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Jaymeet on 19th January 2020. We have identified that the advisor did contacted you on the same day but there was no response. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA and RSA) on 21st January 2020. We apologize for the delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Upon further investigation, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda Accord 2005 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Rizwan on 18th January 2020. As per our records, the advisor has contacted you and sent the comparison quotes on the same day. The advisor has requested you to send the vehicle passing certificate and the current dated photos of the vehicle as your vehicle was uninsured for more than three years. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require these documents for further evaluation and verification purpose prior to issuing an insurance policy. The advisor did receive the required documents and referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company. The insurance company did not approve the case with the standard premium due to the inspection remarks mentioned on the vehicle passing certificate. The advisor has also offered you other possible options from different insurance providers such as AXA and Noor Takaful Insurance. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Porsche Cayenne S 2011 model was assigned to Mr. Ashar and your Jaguar F Type 2014 model was assigned to Mr. Arsalan on the 19th January 2020. The advisors did try to contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details. Insurance Market took a bit of time to send me the quotation. When it came, It was showing only two companies and not even my actual insurance company, which was informed previously. In the quotation, the information was very poor... I could not verify all terms of the policy and see what it covers or not... But I received a lot of advertising, which was useless for me. That means you prefer to pay attention to advertise your products instead of providing an ultimate insurance experience. Since I received a poor quotation, I had no time to keep asking questions, so I choose to renew with my actual insurer. Hope we have a better experience next time.

Dear Sir, Thanks for sharing your concerns with us and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We really appreciate that you have been insured with us since 2016 and we would like to thank you for purchasing from InsuranceMarket.ae! Upon further investigation, we have identified that you have inquired with us for your motor insurance renewal on 03rd November 2019 and 16th January 2020. As per our records, your motor insurance inquiry for Dodge Charger 2013 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Terence. The advisor has offered the renewal options and applied the best possible discounts on the quoted premium. The advisor did receive your confirmation to proceed with QIC Insurance on 16th January 2020 around 17:45. However, the advisor was unable to issue the policy on the same day as the insurance quote was subject to approval from the underwriters of the insurance company. The advisor did inform you of the same and mentioned that he would try to get the policy issued either on 18th January 2020 Saturday (subject to the availability of the underwriter) or 19th January Sunday. The advisor's intention was to support you as you wanted to register the vehicle on the same day, therefore, he provided you with the other alternative option (RSA). The advisor was following up with the insurance company from time to time and was able to issue the policy with QIC on 18th January 2020. The advisor has sent the insurance policy documents through email on the same day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused as it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your request. We really appreciate that you have given us a chance to prove our core belief in providing exceptional service to our customers and would like to thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
