Dear Faiyaz, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Fortuner 2019 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Shaibaz on 23rd February 2020. The advisor did try to contact you on the provided contact number on the same day, however, we identified that it is not a working number. Therefore, the advisor has sent a follow up email and requested you to send your contact details. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, RSA, Oman Insurance and Qatar Insurance) on 26th February 2020. We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. “Service is Prompt and the best insurance quotes are available, followup is also good, Rakshath the Customer service guy was very prompt on returning my Querries. However, the added free coupon of Noon should have had more validity, and need better offers than the existing ones given”
