Please note that it’s not our usual standard process and we understand how frustrating it would have been to wait in the registration center. Upon further investigation, we have identified that there was a discrepancy in the chassis number on the policy issued, which is why it was not uploaded on the RTA. As per our records, the advisor did rectify the error on the policy as soon as he was notified and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. As it stands and to this day I received no response apart from the initial email (likely to be automated saying someone would be in touch). This didn't happen so I followed up, still without a response. Unfortunately, I'm most likely sticking with AXA based on this

As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Oman Insurance, Qatar Insurance and RSA) on 23th January 2020. We have identified that the advisor has delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry.
