I got a response that someone will revert to me on the chat and then it went quiet till the next day. Expected a better handling of chat queries as the person needs to have a courtesy to say that they will revert in 24 hours or by some predefined turn around time.

To get new quote for insurance policy you have to receive something like 5 or 6 mails to send to them your information again after full registration was done from the beginning You will get chock once you found one mail request to send all ur car details And another to inform u about offer of 50AED discount if u send company details to ur friends Really unbelievable

Pleasantly surprised. Mohit handheld me through the whole process. The advice was impartial and ultimately ended with me insuring with my current insurer at a better price. He even assisted with the process of having my car re-registered. Thanks for going above and beyound.

The advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (including agency repairs) for your Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018 model within an hour's time. The co-ordinator which was assigned to me said, that THank you for confirming XYZ policy with us on the phone. WHereas I never confirmed anything with anyone. THis is poor salesmanship. Sorry couldnt go ahead and trust her.
