To get family insurance I called the relevant guy minimum 4 days, he didnot pick up the call, mobile or landline. Only they called me next day or after many hours

Evry time, even i send you the bill, you do not trust anyone...For example, for now, i paid already the dentist with advance of 6000 AED for 1 implant. I will pay the rest october, 8, when the dentist will finish the work. I need reimbursement for 6000 AED, you ask and ask to prove it....I sent already all bills i had. I can not do more. process is very slow and hectic, at other platforms(like yallacompare), I got automatic quotations submitted , and phone follow up by their agent and whole process completed in 45min.

The website doesn't give any online quotes which pretty much defeats the purpose. I basically had to fill in my details and wait for someone to send me a quote by email. What's the point really? I received a call from someone in sales. I asked him to call me back in 2 minutes which he didn't. It has been 2 hours since.

The agent made a mistake in my insurance starting date i spite of my specifications. Now i am left with a mulkyia which is valid less than a year when i have paid both mulkyia and insurance full price.

The insurance was booked with wrong Traffic File number, the agent couldn't fix it although I gave him instructions from RTA that they require to create a new file. After five wrong attempts from the insurance agent, the RTA system blocked the agent and I was told to come the next day after 24 hrs. At the end, it was fixed within the same day, but I spent over 4hrs in RTA.
