Hi Arzu, it's Jonathan from Insure Your Motor. The Brian Toys are an offer from Confused.com. If you bought your policy from us via Confused, they will send your Brian to you directly but it may take some time for it to arrive. I will check with Confused for you and make sure that it is on its way. Many thanks.

Hi Arzu, I have checked our records and we have confirmed your purchase to Confused.com. You need to file your claim for the Brian Toy with Confused within 30 days of purchase and it can take up to 90 days for it to arrive. Hope that answers your query. Many thanks. Jonathan.

“The premium was significantly higher than evaluated through the online survey form. A lot of time consuming (2-3 days) delays, after first few days after I paid my premium I didn't know if I am insured or not. The insuring procedure is really odd and I could not know how it will go before paying the premium. I dealt with few insurance companies and never had such awkward experience and uncertain of current state of the deal.”

“to get confirmation if my policy is start active after sending them all the required documents, so have to call every time to get confirmation. Very slow. Also they gave us 7 days short time period to send them all required documents they haven't been aware that to get the NCD from previous insurance provider take 15 maximum days. Not very happy”
