When doing car insurance I have never been ask to prove so much information and don’t understand why you need my ni number. Also the lad who set my insurance up didn’t have a clue what he was doing kept putting me on hold. So he could ask his manager things. Also I am still getting calls asking for things. That I have put on the portal.

The telefone service is terrible. Attendants don’t know very clear your insurance information and took me almost 30 minutes to be answered

I would say acceptable rather than happy. Plus points - Fast and efficient - and ended up with a good price (although a threat of moving elsewhere reduced the quote, surprise, surprise). You're punished if you go down the direct debit route, and I will end up paying £150 more over the 12 months. Doesn't seem fair in my opinion, so advice I guess is to pay all upfront.

Hi I have not received a welcome pack. So I don't know much about my insurance and don't know who to call if my car breaks down. Also I'd prefer to get emailed as my phone is not working properly for phone calls. Thanks.
