so very disappointed with this company from start to finish too many issues to mention i would be here forever from first selling the policy.... to now trying to claim on the policy i wish i would of read these reviews first

Too many conditions and one thing is on Compare .com and other on official site . Not to mention the calls witch got u confused . Anyway .

do not use this company, I got a quote and was happy until I was told that they could,nt insure me after they took my money, asked for refund and was told this will take up til 30 -40 days. 40 days have passed and still no refund, called to ask where my refund is and was told that it will now take 3-5 working days to clear in my bank. it took 5 mins to take my money and over a month to pay back, £236.00 I cant just put on hold and wait for, could,nt get insurance anywhere else because they had my money?

I would like to thank Johnathan and Sian Ralph-Pearce who showed a in depth understanding knowing I lost my nan and having to raise money for my nans funeral and having to give my nans council house back to the council after 24 years and recognised the mistakes that have been made and I have tears in my eyes and I am eternally gratefull to insure your motor the customer service is great my only concern is with the enquirers department that didn't respond to my emails at my time of distress I am eternally gratefull I can give my nan a decent burial and a headstone if only the complaints department and customer service I give a 5 out of 5 but the enquirers department it what hurts the success of insure your motor thankyou Jonathan and Sian Ralph-Pearce May god bless you

I got car insurance on the 17/06/16 but cancelled on the 18/06/16 my nan passed away after 20 or 21 and a half hours and sent a email stating I need the money returned to help pay for my nans funeral which is on the 8 of this month but now I have to take out a loan I keep sending emails as to when my money will be returned but has had no reply now all I ask is a confirmation as to when my money will be returned and no one reply which is distressing as I have to also care for my brother who is mentally ill where is the respect!!

If you are reading this please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..Run for the hills!! 1. Charged me £1.00 per minute after calling them to pay after website wouldn't take my card payment 2. Kept me on hold for 20 Mins 3. Premium went up by nearly £60 from online quote 4. Tried to charge me £170 to cancel after 2 months after I paid deposit of £140 plus 2 instalments of £60 5. They failed to inform their credit suppler that I had cancelled and are asking for my "missed" monthly payment PLUS £30 charge. I am shortly writing to the Insurance Ombudsman.

Straight forward and helpful thanks for insuring my car. Mr Henry in particular the man to speak to as he knows what he's doing can't comment on any others as I haven't spoken to .Thanks for your help and hopefully you guys can prove many of the angry customers wrong.

The salesperson gave me complete false information about what I was about to take and I called the company five times over two weeks and nobody ever called back terrible customer service and a very terrible experience dealing with this company

Do not go with insure your motor they are cons first of all i was paying nearly £400 insurance a month, fair enough charged me think 600 deposit, then for cancellation fee was nearly 1k. if you do go with this company you regret is as much as me. i am so pi**ed off to say the least. i really wish no one will go with this company please dont, pay the extra with a proper insurance company not with these muppets. They are worse than criminals. and i only took my policy out with then for 6months. Never have i seen a company as bad as this you will be digging your self into a big finance issue with these lot.

hello sir , 2 june2016 i contact my insurance xdirect claim for exedent other person fault i provide other person insurance detail to advisor .but still not repair my car not pick send to garage for repair and still not provide me another car for toporerey used .and no body come on see my car .if you help me clear this matter i shall be verry greatfull to you. thanks.
