“Took me many paid calls and too long waiting time to get in contact with you. After calling you early in the morning and give my quote reference number I was told that someone would be in touch with me in the next hour or so, I waited for more than 24h and never hear from you, and had to call again, and again was told to wait 45 min, and again a few more hours waitin in between all of this I made lots of paid calls with extreme waiting times ( put on hold ).It took me almost 3 days to have it done, not good.You should have it all on record. Overall a extremely bad and upsetting experience.”

“I was very happy with Ryan, my advisor, he explained everything well and did his best to help me get the best deal to help with my finances on my annual car insurance. He was polite and genuinely seemed to car whilst helping.”

“Really happy with the price but I filled the form online and then had to spend 1 hour and the phone and then got told that somebody disagreed with my job. I know what my job is and found this slightly insulting and strange. Throughout the 1 hour call. I spent most of the time in hold. Very frustrating, if I didn't need the insurance ASAP I would of gone somewhere else to be honest. Didn't expect it to take that long”

“GOOD RESPONSE OVER THE PHONE REQUEST FOR INSURRANGE QUOTES PRICES ARE A BIT HIGH FOR DRIVERS WHAT HAVE CLAIMS HISTORY BUT GENERALLY INSURE YOUR MOTOR IS GOOD PROVIDER”
