“Filled out the form online and got the message there would be a call back - never happened. When I phoned, gave more information and was told I would be called back - never happened. When I phoned again, was told the insurers were closed and wouldn't be insured until the Tuesday after the holiday. Thanks. Left me without motor insurance for a week. Also the price went up by £500 which I don't understand as I had given all my details on line. Asked for paperwork to be sent to my mother's email address as I had problems with my email, never happened. She had to phone to get the cover note sent out. I got the impression at the start I was being fobbed off with excuses as you didn't want to deal with me until after Easter as you all wanted to go home early. I completed all the additional paperwork about a week ago, sent through email, and haven't even had an acknowledgement that you have received it, or it is correct, or sufficient. Again, thanks. Great customer service - not.”

“Due to some fault accidents I was unable to get insured and whilst I had one other company try to quote me they took 3-5 days to respond but also made me feel like a bad driver. You treated me well in respect of customer service I can not fault the service received.”

“Insurance is way too expensive and extras like road break down and windscreen repair had to be added on. They should come as standard. I am still waiting for my cover note. The worst insurance ive eber had.”
