We are waiting for the insurance certificate .. we gave a call n talked to one of your collegue that they promised to sending soon via email within 20 mnts however till now the things is not sending yet .. its very important that we have to do road tax payment

They are taking money from you with force ! I had some problems with my car and i changed the car and after few months the charge 200 just for changing vehicle !

Hi Catalin, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the motor insurance policy held with us. When an amendment is made to a policy, the insurer will rate the new risk inline with their underwriting criteria. Unfortunately, if the insurer rates the new vehicle as a higher rated risk, the premiums will reflect this. As your broker we have no control over the re-rating of a policy, as this is decided by the insurer. Like most other contracts there are cancellation terms and charges imposed. We are clear and transparent about these when a policy is arranged, to ensure the consumer is aware of what type of insurance they are purchasing. Not recommended. Stay away stay safe. Got insurance from them for my 530d at the end of Dec 2017 with £1660 premium and £3000 excess as they didn't provide any less excess. Now in Jan 2017 I have found multiple quotes from larger and much better insurance firms for less than £1000 premium and £500 excess. Requested insureyourmotor to match the quote if not in premium at least in excess. They refused and I had to cancel the policy. For cancellation they charged me £550 for only 22 days of cover. I am warning you all again. Don't get motor insurance from these guys. They are a rip off! To top it all off, they make you wait for hours on the phone and most of the time after waiting for so long, they will ask for your phone number for a call back and guess what, you will never get a call back. It is a black hole, you get stuck in!

Hi Furqan, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to hear you have cancelled your policy, and apologise we were unable to amend the policy to meet your requests. When it comes to policy premium's and excesses, these are decided by the insurers, and as the broker for your policy we do not have the control to override any decisions made by the insurer. At the point of sale we would have provided the cheapest premium possible, and with this in mind we could not beat or match any other quotations you have. Each insurer rates a risk differently, and we had to follow your risk profile set by your insurer. When it comes to a cancellation of a policy, cancellation terms are imposed, the same as if you were to cancel a phone contract. We are very honest with our customers regarding cancellation terms and discuss these freely at the point of sale, and provide further details within the documentation we issue. I felt very angry, confused and frustrated as a former Insurance Company had failed to notify me that my policy had been terminated. Had I not called them up for a renewal I would not have known. Worried and really concerned I called up Insure Your Motor where your lovely colleague Mohammed Butt heard me out and genuinely assured me that he would do what he could to help me out and help me out he did. Thankyou Mohammed for your exceptional service, you have made my day!!!

Very happy with this Product. I spoke with Mohammed Butt over the phone who took all of my circumstances into consideration and provided me with a fully comprehensive motor insurance policy at a very reasonable price. Mohammed was exceptionally polite and friendly and really worked hard to ensure I had the correct policy at the best possible price. Thanks for your help!
