“Ryan, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgable of his role and what advice he could help me with. Ryan even took the time to get me a better deal than I was offered originally and was very polite and welcoming. Great customer service.”

“The operator I spoke to - amit, when above and beyond to try and help me get insured and really did all he could and came back with a great deal and really saved my day! Great insurers would recommend anyone without a doubt in mind ! :)”

“Customers service did my insurance on my previous address to get me a cheaper quote even if I told them I moved a week ago. Then tried for a full day to contact them and sort it out but nobody wanted to talk with me and had to cancel. They also charged me £26 for a day of insurance which I could not use the car insurance being made on wrong address and driving licence on new adress. Very poor service this time !!!!”
