“Rip off merchants. DD set up at around £86 per month. Actual amount taken as first payment was £256! Either incompetent or liars but in my opinion, incompetent liars. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you don't either.”

“Customers service agent was very nice and polite and was also very clear in her explanation. Only fault was at the end when emailing me my documents I never received them. Had to call again to actually receive them.”

“TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DONT USE IT , I WARN YOU!!! Had to cancel my policy and they said that I need to pay them 420£ for cancelling it early but in their website it says that it’s only 15£”

You have commented that the website says £15 for cancelling I've checked the website and cannot locate this. We do give details of our cancellation terms but this does not show this amount. “I feel my insurance is still very high and when asked for a price to add my son to make life easier it was even dearer, so I have got to say I don’t know who works out the prices but they are far to high.”

“I was dealt by Avon. She was great. She found the perfect insurance for me which accepted my history as well as previous void policies. It was not easy to find a decent insurance and Avon literally did everything she could. Thanks to her for sorting me out. Extremely happy with the service”

“Everything was perfect, quick and understanding. Only problem I got with Insure your Motor is since I bought my insurance on 29th December 2018, the database shows my car is insured despite it is insured already, why? Thank you”

“Provided me with a policy and took payment only to call me the next day to say they insured me on the wrong car?! And that I had to cancel the policy. (Despite the fact the employee confirmed my car details whilst on the phone)”
