“The first two guys I spoke to were not very helpful and were not really listening to my complains or explanation. But the lady that finally arranged my insurance was polite , she listened and was very helpful. Even if I was ready to walk away, she made me go on and take insurance with them.”

“The lady I spoke to was very nice and offer to call me back it the phone was to cut off. She also helped me find an even cheaper Insurance then the one I saw. she sounded nice and asked the right questions.”

“I was so happy because I had my policy renewed so quick and giving a discount which made my insurance the same as the previous year and saved me a £150 Thanks and appreciate the offer and looking forward to deal with you again in the near future”

“I would say acceptable rather than happy. Plus points - Fast and efficient - and ended up with a good price (although a threat of moving elsewhere reduced the quote, surprise, surprise). You're punished if you go down the direct debit route, and I will end up paying £150 more over the 12 months. Doesn't seem fair in my opinion, so advice I guess is to pay all upfront.”

“I was a little concerned about my insurance but when I spoke to the manager and he was very helpful. He gave me all the information That i needed to know. The only thing that the company needs to improve on is calling customer back on time! don’t leave it six hours later for me to end up calling you back overall the staffs are friendly.”
