Such a smooth process and a really helpful team. If you can't get through to them, they make sure that they call you back as soon as they can. Signing up and setting up was really straightforward and clear.

I bought insurance with insure your motor , after 4 months when i ask them to cancel it ,they ask me to pay the cancellation of £634, nearly half of the full amount for the all year , read the terms and conditions well before you take insurance with them .

When our customers wish to purchase a policy our agents are trained to advise of our cancellation terms prior to any cover given. This allows our customers to make an informed decision on if they wish to purchase prior to making any payments. We would also ask if a customer wishes to cancel a policy to speak to us first, giving us the opportunity to see if there are any other options that may be a benefit to them. I am disappointed I have been using insure your motor since I started driving, I renewed my insurance last week and I was told I would be paying 130 pounds come Monday you guys have taken 152 .54 pounds out of my account causing my account to go into overdraft. now Barclays is charging me for using their money. such a disappointment

Absolute scammers! Terrible customer service! They don’t answer the phone, email doesn’t exist, website not available! Gave me a quote then after setting up a direct debit they added unexplained fees on to my policy!!
