“The gentleman jamie was really good if I had to give one negative it would be the fact I never received the text telling me how to send my documents over like I was told so I still don't know what and how to send apart from that top notch service”

“This broker is one the worst company I have ever seen. The put you on hold over the phone over 35 mints and than hangs up. And there’s a lot serious problems they creating to while you involve in non faults accidents they do everything they want to get money out your pocket. But when times come to writin certificate the issue wrong certificate absolutely rubbish service they provide to me . I asked for cancellation of my renewal four days before due date . They still collected the direct debt from my account need to be aware that there was no service in place and they took the money out my account”

“I like that all the documents I need are saved online in an easily accessible e-portal. However I haven’t been too impressed by the £50 phone bill I have been stung with for setting up my insurance”

“Not much to say had a few issues over the years we have been with you a while but because you use bookers you ask the same thing all the time and we need to prove our seleves every time gets a bit tryer some when you are at an age”
