“Terrible customer service on the phone. terrible waiting times for call backs, I waited two days and had to ring up myself then to be told someone would ring me back within the hour waited all day and no phone call returned so rings up again to be told he's left and no one to help me! Wouldn't reccomend these at all and I haven't even taking a policy with these!! Avoid where possible my advice”

“After having a nightmare trying to insure my little van, I got onto swinton. Straight away the advisor made everything clear and simple, and also knocked the qupte out of the park compared to other companies. Thank you swinton for a great service from start to finish. Cant recommend these guys anymore A* Service.”

“had to cancel insurance told me i have to wait forty days. i only had the new policy out for 4 hours and managed to lose 80 pounds for stupid admin fees etc. i called up to find out whats going on with refund, they told me they are waiting for mulsanne to refund the money back. called up mulsanne and they told me they cant give me information regarding my own insurance policy. poor help and guidance from both brokers”
