“Very good customer service, i was on the phone pretty much all day. But my situation was difficult to solve The lady jess carter helped me the best she could and she manged to help me get affordable insurance that helped me. Thankyou”

“When doing car insurance I have never been ask to prove so much information and don’t understand why you need my ni number. Also the lad who set my insurance up didn’t have a clue what he was doing kept putting me on hold. So he could ask his manager things. Also I am still getting calls asking for things. That I have put on the portal.”

“Trying to find insurance in a matter of days is stressful, there was a lot of tears from the entire family thinking that I couldn’t start my new job! We were looking soo hard for business insurance and one man was a gem and found it for us! (The price was even better) the relief was amazing and finally now I’m on the road doing my job! Thankyou very much!!”
