“Cancelled policy, due to waiting on copy of driving licence, dvla was sending a new licence as I had moved house sent access for dvla online explained dvla are issuing new license sent copy of old asked me if I would like to pay an extra £700 to start a new policy”

“The price was the best I could find. Bought online and then they rang to go through it all again which was ridiculous when I had done it all online, and also asked for loads of documents and silly things I didn't have and have never been asked to provide before ever in all the years I have been driving an insuring my vehicles. It has been an absolute hassle and I would think again about using them in the future”

“They want their money so quick but when you are owed a refund it takes over 40 days. It's been 3 months and still no money back and as I type this Was on hold for 36 mins. To then have to call back as the advisor told me the wrong email and also didn't tell me about hidden fees. This always happens with them! Their service is beyond rubbish they do not care about their customers.”

“Not happy with the service at all. I'm charge for direct debit when I was assured I wouldn't be. I've still yet be refunded!! Not happy at all!”
