“It took 2 hours on the phone to sort straight forward cover out I think we were talking to the cleaner as they put us on hold several times for several minutes And now we are getting emails to say they need additional info. What a joke”

“Hello, I'm very happy with the service. Your team called me back within minutes of sending my details online. Very knowledgeable and helpful, it was great talking to him going through details slowly and carefully making sure I understood. Within 1hr30mins I paid and jumped into my car to see my girl friend.
