“Everything was fine until person with who i spoke put me on hold.... the time i spent listening to the music cost me about 30pounds from my phone credit...this is unacceptable...i could spent this money somewhere else”

“Ive been with you for four years not out of choice and to be honest i havent had the best experience hence the 3 star, if however the rating was for a specific customer service rep it would mate Arron Jassi, 10/10 across the board, professional, understanding, helpful, friendly, everything you want to be for a face of a company, true asset to your company, should hire people with those qualities, went the extra mile and paid off for me”

“Overall good, negatives were not getting phone calls back when stated ie 1 hour 20 mins instead of the 20 mins stated”
