I took insurance out for a car that I was purchasing.. The sale fell through so therefore did no loner need the insurance. The policy was not even out for 24hrs and I was charged £50 cancellation fee so I lost £50 in 3hrs which is a joke. Not only I lost money but the £50 refund will now take upto 40days to get back into my bank account which just tops it all off. It's safe to I won't be gettin lg any insurance through you again.

Charges need to be fully and clearly explained so customers can understand what they r buying. Small prints are not a way forward to win customers and instead word of mouth ends up destroying your business for misselling.

I'm new with this company and i will expect a good quality service and the opportunity to receive good offers . So far i'm looking forward to achieve the status as loyal customer , but all depends on their next move . Moast important thing it is not what you sell it's what you stand for and how you sell. After paying for the insurance it is the first time I have had to then ring up to activate it to be able to drive and a month later I still have no Insurance Certificate where are my documents?? And also there are no contact details when I was also requested to either email, fax or send by post any items?

This is a specialized insurance company and good at providing insurance but prices were not matching online and when spoken with staff more charge was added which I am sure is additional and included in the online quote. Therefore I ended up paying over 200 pound more although all the details were same as added online. Possible to get the extra changes to be refunded?

We ask our customers to telephone us to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during the validation process and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase. I have asked one of our senior managers to look into your comments and contact you with their findings.

when I made my purchase I was automatically sent my insurance documents without asking for them or told to print them off myself . This policy is forcing me into bankruptcy . I do not have any ccjs against me and although I have now permanently emigrated I still don't want your finance company to distort my reputation in the financial world, I have asked for my policy to be cancelled and because theirs a claim against my policy I'm told until this is closed I will have to continue to pay. This is extortion my ombudsman has informed and legally advised me that this is going to take a little time to clear up but also promised me personally that it will be made public and the company involved will be investigated.
