They expecting from new drivers that never been insured to know everything, if I send few documents wrong guess what? They whould never drop you a stupid email, hey mate you are about to lose your insurance in a few days if you don't send as all the paperwork because every thing is about money in this business ????Wtf i have to found out this when I call them for a normal question, that's ridiculous, waiting for dead line and then, sorry you lost your insurance, i have a contract i signed and bye bye, first and last year with this guys, terrible, they disappointed me

Not happy! They send an email saying they will call to set up direct debit but never did. Why mention on email if they expect you to call? I needed insurance same day which did not happen, very poor. Reference number: IGNSTCEY

Misleading online prices when actual prices are way higher after being put on hold for 15 mins. Whats the point of giving a quote online when it cant be followed through to actual sale? feel like i have been lied to and my time wasted. Will not recommend to anyone and will be in touch with trading standards.

Hi I am not happy with this because I am a new driver very hard to pay this much on car. And one more think to say when I put insurance on my address its too high but when check for my working place its very cheap. Why this much different. It's not my fault to stay in this address

Hello Thirumagan and thanks for your feedback. All UK motor insurers calculate their premiums based on where you live and not where you work. We are a broker and we do not set the premiums on behalf of the insurance companies. we have a panel of insurance companies and will always look to provide you with the best price from that panel, based on your personal risk information.

I've just given you a bad review about sending me someone else's bank account details and giving me insurance I've never asked for. I even said I would never get insurance from a company like you that can't get anything right. Then you send me a email asking me for a 2nd review. This just shows you can't get anything right

The procedure for the processing of the insurance is too long couple with calls transfer to various agents. Online price is eventually not realistic as there are additional costs added to the premium making the premium to become so high. Late payment charges of £30 is rather too high compare to other insurance companies, it should be reviewed accordingly.

Brilliant insure your motor went all out on helping me get my learner insurance for 2 months they also helped me with my documents with my concent because I was stuck with it I can see me using insure your motor when I pass my test also thay deserve nothing less than a 10/10 I would recommend them to any body ????????

I'm really happy that i switched to "Insure your motor" there are not any annoying calls or emails advertising whatever there is such as other companies. For the future i don't think to change my insurance company.
